Jumbo Quail

Jumbo Quail are prized for their fast growth, high egg production, and delicious meat. They are a great source of protein and are often used for both their eggs and meat in many different cuisines. The high egg production rate of jumbo quail makes them an attractive option for small-scale and backyard poultry production. A single bird can lay up to 300 eggs in a year.

 

Jumbo Quail have a low feed conversion rate, which means that they can produce more meat with less feed compared to other poultry species. This makes them a cost-effective option for meat production. Our quail reach over 10 oz. by 6 weeks of age. Quail are small, hardy birds that are easy to care for and require less space compared to other poultry species. This makes them an ideal choice for those who live in urban areas or have limited space for raising poultry.
